About the Weave integration

Weave is a phone system for veterinary organizations. The Weave system includes dedicated Weave phones that operate with ezyVet and dedicated apps.

Weave and ezyVet for phone calls

When a client makes a phone call to your organization, you use a Weave phone to receive the call. The Weave phone shows information that includes:
  • The client name and their information
  • The client's patients and related patient information (for example, patient ages)
  • Care services that are due or overdue, and care service dates

The information that a Weave phone shows during a call is synced from ezyVet.

During a client phone call, you can confirm patient appointments with a Weave phone directly. The Weave system syncs the confirmed appointments to ezyVet. Thus, the Weave system decreases manual work for appointments because it is not necessary to open ezyVet during a phone call.

Weave and ezyVet for text messages

Weave has a text messaging system that does two-way SMS. Weave syncs client text messages back to the applicable contact record in ezyVet. As a result, ezyVet keeps a record of client text messages.

Weave and ezyVet data sync

The Weave integration for ezyVet syncs many types of information between ezyVet and Weave. The synced information includes:
  • Client information
  • Patient information (for example, patient names, breeds, and ages)
  • Appointment information
  • Standard-of-care information (for example, due care services)
  • Addresses
Note: Data sync between ezyVet and Weave occurs at an interval that is between 14 minutes and 30 minutes.
Note: Configuration of data sync between Weave and ezyVet is a task that the Weave onboarding team will help you to do.
