A client makes a phone call to your organization. You use a Weave phone to speak with the client. The Weave system gets client and patient information from ezyVet and the Weave phone shows it to you directly. As a result, it is not necessary to open ezyVet for you to know:
  • Patient names, ages, and breeds
  • Due dates for care services (for example, vaccinations)

A client sends a text message to your organization.Because Weave can read contact record data from ezyVet, Weave automatically knows which client sent the text message.

Weave makes it easy for you to send a reply because you can use the Weave mobile app or the Weave app for other devices (for example, for laptops).

Text messages that you send from Weave to clients show your organization's phone number.

Practice managers always know which staff sent text messages to clients because Weave automatically records staff member information for messages. And ezyVet keeps a record of client text messages.

You want to quickly and easily get access to your calendar for the day. The Weave mobile app syncs calendar and appointment information from ezyVet. As a result, the mobile app shows appointments directly and it is not necessary to open ezyVet to get access to your calendar.
You are sick and you want to tell your clients that you are not available for work.You can use the Weave mobile app to easily send a text message to all of the applicable clients to tell them.
