The Dodo integration and client communication
The Dodo integration makes it easy for clients to contact your organization. This table gives examples of different conditions and each applicable result that occurs:

| A new client contacts your organization | Dodo knows that the client is new and makes a new record for the client in ezyVet directly. |
| ezyVet automatically syncs client information to Dodo | Dodo knows who clients are when they contact your organization. |
| ezyVet automatically syncs patient information to Dodo | Dodo gives clients necessary clinical information. |
| ezyVet and Dodo sync appointment information | Dodo tells clients when they can schedule an appointment. When a client uses Dodo to schedule an appointment, Dodo makes the appointment in ezyVet directly. |
