The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the reminders of patient records. For example, you must make sure that patient records have the correct reminders, and that each reminder has the correct date.

1. Select Patients.
   
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
   ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
3. Select S.O.C.
   
   ezyVet shows the Standard Of Care table of the patient.
4. Compare the reminders of the Standard Of Care section with the patient's reminders of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
   
   
   
   Tip: Make sure that the Next Due column of the Standard Of Care section shows the correct date.
