The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted deceased dates.

1. Select Patients.
   
   The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
2. Select the Deceased tab.
   
   ezyVet shows the patient records of deceased patients.
3. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
   ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
4. Compare the date of the Date of Death box with the deceased date of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
