The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process converted the relation between a patient record and a client contact record.

Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.

To make sure that a patient record has the relation to the correct client contact record, do this procedure.

Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:

Do a check of a minimum of 10 patient records
Do a check of a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)

Select Patients.
The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
Compare the client contact record of the Owner box to the client contact record of the equivalent patient owner of your source PIMS.

You completed a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the relation between client contact records and patient records.
