The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process converted the relation between a patient record and a client contact record.

1. Select Patients.
   
   The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
2. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
   ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
3. Compare the client contact record of the Owner box to the client contact record of the equivalent patient owner of your source PIMS.
