The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted statuses of patient records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.

To make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the status of patient records, do this procedure.

Select Patients.
The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
Select the Active tab.
ezyVet shows the patient records that are active.
Compare the active patient records with the active patient's of your source PIMS.
Select the I/A tab.
ezyVet shows the patient records that are not active.
Compare the patient records that are not active with the patient records of your source PIMS that are not active.
Select the Deceased tab.
ezyVet shows the patient records of deceased patients.
Compare the deceased patient records with the deceased patient records of your source PIMS.
