Do a check that an appointment record has the correct appointment reason

The data conversion process converts appointment records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the appointment reasons of appointment records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent appointment record open in your source PIMS.
To do a check that an appointment record has the correct appointment reason, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Calendar.

    ezyVet shows the calendar.
  3. Find the applicable appointment in the calendar.
  4. Open a shortcut menu for the appointment, then select Edit Appointment.

  5. Compare the information of the Reason for appointment box with the equivalent appointment of your source PIMS.
