Do a check that an appointment record has the correct appointment reason
The data conversion process converts appointment records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the appointment reasons of appointment records.
Make sure that you have the equivalent appointment record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 appointment records
- Do a check of an appointment record of a patient that you know well (for example, an appointment record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Dashboard.
- Select Calendar.ezyVet shows the calendar.
- Open a shortcut menu for the appointment, then select Edit Appointment.ezyVet shows the appointment settings.
- Compare the information of the Reason for appointment box with the equivalent appointment of your source PIMS.
