Do a check that the calendar screen shows the correct calendar resources
The data conversion process converts appointment records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. It is important that you make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted your organization's calendar resources.
Make sure that you have the equivalent appointment record open in your source PIMS.
Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:
- Do a check of a minimum of 10 appointment records
- Do a check of an appointment record of a patient that you know well (for example, an appointment record of a patient that visits frequently)
- Select Dashboard.
- Select Calendar.ezyVet shows the calendar.
- Compare the calendar resources of the left sidebar with the equivalent calendars of your source PIMS.
