Do a check of the dates and times of appointment records

The data conversion process converts appointment records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the date and the time of appointment records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent appointment record open in your source PIMS.
To do a check of the date and time of an appointment record, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Calendar.

    ezyVet shows the calendar.
  3. Find the applicable appointment in the calendar.
  4. Open a shortcut menu for the appointment, then select Edit Appointment.

  5. Compare the date of the appointment in ezyVet with the date of the equivalent appointment of your source PIMS.

  6. Compare the start time of the appointment in ezyVet with the start time of the equivalent appointment of your source PIMS.

  7. Compare the end time of the appointment in ezyVet with the end time of the equivalent appointment of your source PIMS.

You completed a check that the data conversion process correctly converted the date and time of the appointment record.
