Deactivate a workflow template
If a practice manager does not want staff to use a workflow template, the practice manager can deactivate it. For example, if the practice manager did not complete the configuration of the template, they can deactivate it.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use
the web app.
- Select Settings.Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
- Select Workflow Templates.Vet Radar shows the Workflow Templates screen.
- Select the applicable workflow template.Vet Radar shows the settings of the workflow template.
- Deactivate the Active setting.
- Select Save Changes.
