Release notes: Vet Radar version 2.0.24
Vet Radar version 2.0.24 is available from April 30, 2026.
Change: Approvals for treatment tasks
If your Vet Radar user account has the Needs approval approval role, the Create Task pane shows a new Request approval button. Select Request approval after you do one or more of these steps in the Create Tasks pane for a treatment task:
- In the Value box, you enter a value
- In the Notes box, you enter information about the treatment task
- In the Task color section, you select a color
After you select Request approval, Vet Radar:
- Keeps the information that you entered for the treatment task
- Shows the treatment task with a purple color in the patient sheet
- Shows a purple circle in the patient card
Note: The purple color and circle identify that a staff member with the Can approve approval role must give approval for the treatment task.
Previously, if your user account has the Needs approval approval role, you selected + Create to make a treatment task. If you enter information for the treatment task before you select + Create, Vet Radar does not keep the information.
Fix: Patient sheets of discharged patients
After you discharge a patient, Vet Radar correctly:
- Completes all of the patient's patient sheets
- Syncs a file attachment of each patient sheet as PDF to the applicable clinical record in ezyVet
Previously, Vet Radar did not complete the patient sheets or sync them to ezyVet as file attachments.
Important: If Vet Radar previously did not sync discharged patients' patient sheets to ezyVet, contact ezyVet customer support.
