You can sign in to a department of a different hospital to get access to information for the hospital and its departments. For example, only the departments of a hospital that sent and received client text messages can open the full content of a Vello text conversation.

1. In the header bar, select the button that shows the site, department, and inventory location.
   
   ezyvet shows a Change department or inventory location dialog box. The dialog box shows the department and inventory location that you are signed in to.
2. In the Select Department box, select the department that you want to sign in to.
   
3. If necessary, in the Select Inventory Location text box, select an inventory location.
   
4. Select Continue.
   ezyVet shows a confirmation pop-up window.
5. Select Yes.
