Upload a practice logo
Your practice logo shows adjacent to your practice information in the Vello client portal, in automatic email reminders and messages, and on postcards.
- Refer to General steps to add your practice logo in Vello
- Prepare a logo image that has good quality.
Note: For best results, make sure that the logo image:
- Uses PNG or JPG format
- Has a file size of less than 5 MB
- Has a transparent or solid background
- Has no side that is more than 6000 px
- Has one of these shapes and minimum dimensions:
- Landscape: 200 px × 50 px
- Portrait: 100 px × 200 px
- Square: 200 px × 200 px
A square shape gives the best results.
- In the left sidebar, select Practice Settings.Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the practice settings button:Vello shows a Practice Settings screen.
- In the Logo section, drag the logo image file into the Drop in file or click to browse box.The Logo section shows the logo image.
