Resize a logo image

If the dimensions of a logo image are incorrect, you must use an image editing app to resize the image to 600 px × 600 px. After you resize the image, you can upload the image to the Logo section of the Practice Profile screen in Vello.

  1. Refer to General steps to add your practice logo in Vello to make sure your practice's logo image has the correct square shape.
  2. If your logo image does not have an exact square shape, do this procedure Change a logo image to a square shape before you resize your logo image.

Note: You cannot use Vello to resize the image.
Note: This procedure uses Microsoft Windows Paint as an example image editing app. But you can use a different app if necessary. If you use a different app, the equivalent of Paint's Resize command could have a different name (for example, Scale Image or Resize Image).
  1. Use Paint to open the logo image file from your device.
Note: If you previously changed your logo image to a square shape, open the changed logo image from your device.
  2. Select the Resize and skew button.

Paint shows the Resize and Skew dialog box.
  3. In the Resize area of the dialog box, select Pixels.
    The Pixels setting
  4. Make sure that the link button that shows adjacent to the Horizontal and Vertical box shows a blue color.
  5. In the Horizontal box, enter 600.
    The Horizontal and Vertical boxes

  6. Select OK.
  7. Save a copy of the image.
