Add an appointment request to your calendar

After a practice manager activates online booking for Vello and does the necessary configuration, clients can make appointment requests for visit types. Use Vello to add appointment requests to ezyVet.

To add an appointment request, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Requests & Notifications.

    Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the requests and notifications button:

  3. Select the Requests tab.
  4. Find and select the applicable appointment request entry in the table.

  5. In the Appointment Type box, select the applicable appointment type.

  6. If necessary, use the Date box, the Start Time boxes, and the End Time boxes to set the appointment date and time.

  7. Use the Provider box to select the applicable staff member for the appointment.

  8. Use the Room box to select a room.
    Note: If the staff member and the room are available for the appointment, Vello shows the Available status:

  9. Select Add to Calendar.

The ezyVet calendar has the appointment.
If you want to remove the appointment request from view in the Requests tab, select Archive.
