Confirm an appointmentWhen you know that a client will come to a scheduled appointment, you can confirm it. To confirm an appointment, do this procedure.Open Vello from ezyVet.Select Inbox, then select Unconfirmed Appointments.Vello shows an Unconfirmed Appointments screen.Use the arrow buttons to select the date of the applicable appointment. If necessary, set Show Appointments Receiving Automated Reminders. Select the Appointment Confirmation button.Select Mark as confirmed.The appointment request is confirmed. .
