VetConnect PLUS shows an error message when you share a diagnostic result to Vello

Do this troubleshooting if VetConnect PLUS shows There was an error sharing your results when you share a diagnostic result to Vello.

Note: Some diagnostic results from your practice can share correctly while other results show the error message. Only the records with an incorrect ID show the error message.

The Patient ID or the Client ID in VetConnect PLUS is different compared to ezyVet

When you share a diagnostic result, VetConnect PLUS sends Vello two items of data:
  • The Patient ID that VetConnect PLUS holds for the patient
  • The Client ID that VetConnect PLUS holds for the client

If the data that Vello gets from VetConnect PLUS is different compared to ezyVet, Vello stops the share. For example, if a person did a manual change to the data in the Patient ID box or the Client ID box in VetConnect PLUS.
