A sick visit is a optional visit type that clients can select when they use the online scheduling system to make appointments. A sick visit is applicable when a patient has medical problems.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Scheduling.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment scheduling button:
   
   
   Vello shows an Appointment Scheduling screen.
3. In the Sick Visits section, set Enable.
   
4. Select Publish Changes.
