Activate online scheduling

After a practice manager activates online scheduling, clients can use the Vello client portal to make appointments.

To active online scheduling, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Appointment Scheduling.

    Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the appointment scheduling button:

    Vello shows an Appointment Scheduling screen.
  3. Set Online Appointment Scheduling to Enable.

  4. Select Publish Changes.

Clients can make appointments with the client portal.
