To let clients make changes to their pet names directly in the Vello client portal, you must do the necessary configuration in Vello.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Client Permissions.
   
3. In the Patient Permissions section, select Accept direct updates.
   
4. Select Publish Changes.
