Let clients make pet name changes directly

To let clients make changes to their pet names directly in the Vello client portal, a practice manager does the necessary configuration in Vello.

To do the configuration, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Client Permissions.

    Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the client permissions button:

    Vello shows a Manage Your Client Permissions screen.
  3. In the Patient Permissions section, select Accept direct updates.

  4. Select Publish Changes.

Clients can make changes to their pet names in Vello client portal. The name changes sync to the applicable patient records in ezyVet.
