About client changes to pets in the Vello client portal

After a practice manager does the necessary configuration, clients can add pets in the Vello client portal. And Vello tells ezyVet to make new patient records with the pet information. As a result, it is not necessary for practice staff to make patient records directly in ezyVet.

To let clients add a pet in the client portal, select Allow Creation of New Pet in the Create New Clients & Pets section of the Vello Client Permissions screen:
Allow Creation of New Pet setting

Methods for clients to add a pet in the client portal
