Permanently remove your Vello data

If you do not want to use Vello, you can permanently remove your data from Vello and its systems.

Make sure that your mobile device has the Vello mobile app.

To remove the data, do this procedure.

Open the Vello mobile app.
Select the cog button.
Select Delete Vello Account.
Read the information that shows, then select Confirm Vello Account Deletion.
Speak to your veterinary practice and tell them to remove your data.

Your Vello data is permanently removed.
