User account permissions for locked clinical records

ezyVet has two user account permissions that control if staff can lock or unlock a clinical record.

To lock a clinical record, a user account must have the Clinical > Clinical Record > Clinical Record > Lock permission.

To unlock a clinical record, a user account must have the Clinical > Clinical Record > Clinical Record > Unlock permission.

ezyVet only shows the permissions in its user interface when these conditions agree:
  1. ezyVet customer support gives initial access to special system settings that control locked clinical records
  2. The practice manager uses the special system settings to enable the permissions for locked clinical records

If you are a practice manager and it is necessary to set permissions for locked clinical records, first do the procedure given in Get access to user account permissions for locked clinical records.
