Change the settings of many staff user accounts

Each user account of your site has many settings (for example, the sign-in email address and password of each person). A practice manager can use the Records dashboard tab to change the settings of many user accounts at the same time.

To change the settings, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Records.

  3. Set Record Type to User.

  4. If necessary, set applicable filters that ezyVet uses to show the records.

  5. Select Show Records.

  6. Select the applicable records.
  7. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To change all records of the search results, select All. To change only the records that you select, select Selected.
  8. In the Action list, select Bulk Edit Details.

  9. Select Action.

    Tip: The dialog box shows settings that are the same settings available in the user account configuration of each person.
  10. Make the necessary settings for each user account.
  11. Select Update Users.
