New

A new {ContactAll} template variable. It shows the name of the contact record and its Secondary Contact name.

Contact records: Search results for phone numbers have better precision.

ezyVet version 37.7 removes Openpay from its available integrations.

New integration for IDEXX VetLab Station: ezyVet version 37.7 removes the Save Attachments for Preliminary Results setting from the integration settings.

User interface changes for consent forms of the online portal:
  • Changes to make sure that clients enter a consent form signature if necessary
  • Moved the location of the CLEAR button
  • Added a CANCEL button for clients to cancel the applicable appointment

Fixes

CUBEX integration with the SmartFlow information: Changes to make sure that SmartFlow product data synced to ezyVet has the correct the status information and that ezyVet can add it to invoices.

Online portal:
  • The My Orders section of the online portal shows correct product prices
  • The e- booking calendar shows all available times

Controlled Drug report: Corrected a problem that cause prescription numbers to not show in the report output.

Corrected formatting problems that could show when you use patient template variables with:
  • SMS templates
  • Clinical templates
  • Phone templates

Corrected a problem that prevented cancellation of wellness plan memberships.

The Vet box of the New Diagnostic Request dialog box shows available veterinarians more quickly.

PayJunction integration: The Cards on File section of a contact record shows only one entry for each saved payment card.

If a practice manager configures mandatory tag information for new contact records, staff must enter tags before they can save a new contact record.

The list of business units and departments on the ezyVet sign-in screen show with the correct sequence.

Tagging tasks: ezyVet only set tags for records that a practice manager specified with the filters of the tagging task configuration.
