Patient records have a Lives Away From Owner setting. Staff can use the setting to record patient addresses that are different to owner addresses. To easily find patient records with the different addresses, use the Records dashboard tab.

To find the patient records, do this procedure.

1. Select Dashboard.
   
2. Select Records.
   
   ezyVet shows the Records screen.
3. Set Record Type to Patient.
   
4. In the All section, select the green plus button to add a filter.
   
5. Set the filter to Residence.
   
6. Set the Residence filter to contact record of the applicable person or organization.
   
7. Select Show Records.
