Configure an interest charge rate for an ezyVet site
A practice manager can configure an interest charge rate that ezyVet uses to automatically calculate interest charges for all clients.
Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured interest product.
Note: If necessary, staff can set a different interest charge rate for a client.. The client charge rate overrides the charge rate that a practice manager configures with this procedure.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Financial.
- Select Financial Settings.
- Select Receivables.
- Set Penalty charge type to Interest Rate.
- In the Interest Product box, select the applicable interest product.
- In the Interest Rate (% p.a) box, enter the applicable interest rate for the charge.
- Select Charge Interest to Contacts By Default.
