If a user account is not necessary, a practice manager can deactivate it.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
   
3. Select Users.
   
   The left sidebar show the configured user accounts of your site.
4. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable user account.
   ezyVet shows the user account settings.
5. Select Disable.
   
   ezyVet shows an Are You Sure? pop-up window.
6. Select Disable.
