About IP allowlists for your organization’s security software
Before your IT staff try to configure security software for access to ezyVet, they must know important information about ezyVet IP addresses.
ezyVet staff use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for
hosting of the ezyVet software and its related services. AWS uses a very large number of IP address. And because the
IP addresses are dynamic, they continuously change. As a result, it is not
possible to easily find ezyVet’s IP addresses to add to the
allowlist of your organization’s security software.

A better solution is to add this domain information to your security software
allowlist:
- *.ezyvet.com
- The domain name of the applicable ezyVet site (for example, callistovets.usw2.ezyvet.com)
