Give or remove report access for a staff member

To give or remove access for an ezyVet report, a practice manager sets the applicable report permission.

To give or remove the report access, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.

  3. Select Users.

    The left sidebar show the configured user accounts of your site.
  4. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable user account.
    ezyVet shows the user account settings.
  5. Select Report Permissions.

    ezyVetshows the available report permissions. Each report permission refers to the name of an ezyVet report.
  6. Select or clear the checkbox of the the applicable permissions.
  7. Select Save.
    The Save button
    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

The user account of the person has the applicable access to the reports.
