Make a phone template

After a practice manager makes a phone template, staff can select and use it for client phone calls and callbacks.

To make a phone template, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Templates.

  3. Select Phone Templates.

    ezyVet shows the New Template screen.
  4. In the Template Name box, enter a name for the phone template.

  5. In the Template Group box, select an applicable template group.

  6. In the Plaintext box, enter the content of the phone template.

  7. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet has the phone template.
