The Customer Satisfaction section and face is missing in contact records

A Customer Satisfaction section usually shows in the left sidebar of contact records. The section includes a face icon that visually identifies customer satisfaction. If the section and face icon is missing, do this troubleshooting.

The Customer Satisfaction section

A practice manager blocked the Customer Satisfaction module

ezyVet's module blocking feature can give or prevent access to features and functions. If a practice manager blocked the Customer Satisfaction module, contact records do not show the Customer Satisfaction section.

Unblock the Customer Satisfaction module

A practice manager or a person with administrator permissions must do these steps.

Complete one of these procedures as necessary:

The Customer Satisfaction module is deactivated

If the module is deactivated, all contact records do not show the Customer Satisfaction section.
