Release notes: ezyVet Go version 4.2.0

ezyVet Go version 4.2.0 is available from February 17, 2026.

Changes

ezyVet Go only shows deceased patients in the Animals screen. In all other screens, ezyVet Go does not show deceased patients.

ezyVet Go has better sync performance for large sites.

To identify a patient as deceased, use the new Animal is deceased setting in the Edit Animal screen.

Fixes

ezyVet Go does not incorrectly make more appointments than necessary. Previously, if an appointment had more than one patient, ezyVet Go could make more than one appointment.

Staff that did not use ezyVet Go for more than seven days can sign in to ezyVet Go as usual. Previously, ezyVet Go showed a sign-in message which told you that your password changed and it was necessary to enter your password again.

After you reset ezyVet Go and try to sign in to a different site, you can sign in to the app. Previously, it was not possible to sign in.

When you make a patient record, it is not necessary to enter a value in the Microchip box. Previously, if you did not enter a value, it was not possible to select Add Animal in the New Patient screen.

ezyVet Go does not show this error message: Unsupported top level event type topScroll dispatched. Previously ezyVet Go showed the message for some sites.

ezyVet Go downloads a patient's clinical and financial history correctly. Previously, it was possible for the the downloaded history to have missing data.

Note: It is possible that downloads of clinical and financial history are slower than previous versions of ezyVet Go.
