The data conversion process converts patient records from your source practice information management system (PIMS) to ezyVet. You must make sure that the data conversion process correctly converted the financial records that are related to patient records.

Make sure that you have the equivalent patient record open in your source PIMS.

To make sure that a patient record shows the correct financial records, do this procedure.

Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you:

Do a check of a minimum of 10 patient records
Do a check of a patient record that you know well (for example, a patient record of a patient that visits frequently)

Select Patients.
The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable patient record.
ezyVet shows patient record settings and information.
Select the Financial tab.
Compare the estimate records of the Estimates section with the estimates of the equivalent patient record of your source PIMS.
Compare the invoice records of the Pending Invoices section with the invoice records of the equivalent patient record in your source PIMS.
Compare the invoice records of the Financial Records section with the invoice records of the equivalent patient record in your source PIMS.
