The data conversion process converts your data from Avimark to ezyVet. It is important that you know how the data conversion process converts your organization's boarding record data into your ezyVet site.

• Information about how ezyVet shows your organization's data after the data conversion process is completed

Note: The data conversion process does not convert boarding facility data if your organization's data does not include boarding booking data.

The quantity of animals of each facility.	Yes	The data conversion process converts the quantity of animals of each facility. After the data conversion process is completed, the Boarding Availability section of an ezyVet boarding resource shows the quantity of animals that can use the boarding resource:

Facility groups.	Yes	The data conversion process converts facility groups. The equivalent record in ezyVet is boarding groups.
Calculation rules for boarding charges.	No	The data conversion process cannot convert calculation rules for boarding charges. ezyVet does not have an equivalent feature. After the data conversion process is completed, a practice manager can configure billing triggers to automatically charge customers.
