Changes
Mass Communications: You can select the date and time when you want Vello to send emails to clients. When you select the date and time:
- It is not possible to select a date and time that occurs in the next five minutes
- Vello uses your practice's time zone to send the email at the scheduled date and time
- You can make changes to a scheduled email before Vello sends it
- You can cancel a scheduled email before Vello sends it

Previously, it was not possible to select the date and time when Vello sent Mass Communications emails.

Recommended care: This version of Vello shows recommended care badges with a gold, silver, or bronze color to clients in the Vello client portal. A recommended care badge makes it easier for clients to know about standard of care for their pets and helps with better compliance for pet health. For more information, refer to Recommended care badges.
Note: Recommended care badges replace the recommended care scores that previous versions of Vello had.
