You can use the Forms screen in Vello to easily connect Vello forms to appointment types. Previously, it was only possible to use the Appointment Reminders screen to connect forms to appointment types. For more information, refer to Vello forms and appointment types.
New: Vello Campaigns
- Get access to a new content builder that is easier to use and has many more functions compared to Mass Communications
- Make a copy of an email (for example, if you want to use information shown in a configured email in a new email)
- Make an email that automatically includes a locked section of content (for example, the locked section of content includes your practice name and address, branding, and legal content)
- Variables for email subject information that uses data from your PIMS

Changes
Vello removed the maximum time limit of four hours that was applicable to drop-off and pick-up times in appointment messages.
Online booking configuration: You can enter a minimum time before a client can make an appointment in days, hours, or weeks. For example, you can configure Vello to let clients make appointments in the next 24 hours. For more information, refer to About online booking configuration.
Vello has better support for ezyVet sites that have more than one department or hospital.
In the Vello client portal, the Medical Records screen has changes that make it easier for clients to get access to their pet's available medical records and health history. For more information, refer to Vello client portal: Medical Records screen.
