Mass Communications: Set the email address that your practice uses to receive client replies

When a client sends a reply to a Mass Communications email, the reply goes to the email address that you set.

Use an email address that:
  • Staff members monitor regularly
  • Accepts replies (for example, do not use a no-reply email address)
Note: Only customers that have access to the Email Filters (Mass Communications) beta feature can do this procedure. For more information, refer to Email filters for Mass Communications.
To set the email address, do this procedure.
  1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
  2. In the left sidebar, select Mass Communications.

    Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the mass communications button:

  3. Adjacent to Mass Communications, select the cog button.

  4. In the Reply-to email address box, enter the email address that you want to receive client replies to.

  5. Select Save.
