Until a practice manager activates thank-you email for the applicable appointment type, Vello cannot send a thank-you email.
Activate thank-you email for the appointment type
A practice manager or a person with administrator permissions must do these steps.
The applicable appointment has an incorrect appointment status in ezyVet
Until you change the appointment status for the applicable appointment in ezyVet, Vello cannot send a thank-you email.
Change the appointment status in ezyVet
