Vello client portal: Medical Records screen
Clients can use the Medical Records screen in the Vello client portal to get access to their pet's health history.
Clients can get access to available medical records from the previous four years for their pets.
Note: No configuration is necessary in Vello to give clients access to their pet's medical records.
This table gives the name of each section of the Medical Records screen and information about what clients can see in the section:

Patient data that shows in the Medical Records screen
If your PIMS has a patient record for a pet, a client can get access to the pet's medical recordsIf ezyVet has a patient record for a pet, a client can get access to the pet's medical records.
Note: If a patient record in ezyVet is inactive, medical records for the pet do not show to clients in the client portal.
To get access to medical records for deceased pets, a client selects the pet from the Manage Pets section of the client portal. Then, the client selects Medical Records in the pet information page for their deceased pet.
