The What's New screen of the Vello client portal
The What's New screen gives clients access to information about recommended medical services and recently prescribed medications for their pets.
Clients can use the What's New screen to get access to more information about:
- Recommended medical services that are due
- Recommended medical services that are overdue
- Medications that a staff member recently prescribed for a pet
To get access to the What's New screen, a client selects View All in the What's New section of the Home screen.
Vello syncs information about recommended medical services and recently prescribed medication from ezyVet. And Vello uses the information to calculate if a medical service or a prescription shows in the What's New screen of the client portal.
This table gives the type of entry that can show in the What's New screen and how Vello calculates what to show to clients:
