If you do not want Vello to automatically send medical service reminders for a medical service, you can stop the reminders.

1. Open Vello from ezyVet.
2. In the left sidebar, select Medical Service Reminders.
   

   Note: If the left sidebar is closed, select the medical service reminders button:
   
   
   Vello shows a Medical service reminders screen.
3. Select Manage exclusions.
   Vello shows an Edit: Exclusions dialog box.
4. In the Included Medical Service Reminders section, select the applicable medical service.
   Note: If a medical service shows in the Included Medical Service Reminders section, Vello sends reminders for it. If a medical service shows in the Exclusions section, Vello does not send reminders for it.

   Note: The Included Medical Service Reminders section only shows a medical service if:

   • One or more clients received a reminder for the medical service in the previous three years
   • If one or more clients are scheduled to receive a reminder for the medical service at a subsequent date
   For example, in the Included Medical Service Reminders section, select Heartworm Test.
   
   
   
   Vello moves the medical service to the Exclusions section.
   
   
5. Select Done.
   
6. Select Publish Changes.
