SmartFlow iPad app version 17.8.3 is available from June, 2026.

If your practice has iPads that use the SmartFlow mobile device management (MDM) service, the whiteboards screen shows a yellow banner. The banner tells you to schedule an appointment to remove the MDM service from the iPads.
Fix
The SmartFlow iPad app does not close unexpectedly when it does a sync of a large number of records. Previously, the app could close during a sync.
