When you import product data from a CSV file, it is not necessary for the Product Type column to have information. If the Product Type column has no information, ezyVet uses the product code in the CSV file to find the product type. Previously, if no information showed, ezyVet could not import the data.

A diagnostic result of standard diagnostics integration shows the logo of the related diagnostics supplier. And if a diagnostics supplier does not have a logo, ezyVet shows a general icon for the integration. Previously, ezyVet showed one general icon for all diagnostics suppliers.

Streamlined estimates (pilot feature): The estimates screen has a new Edit product printable name button. Select Edit product printable name button to change the product name shown in printed estimates.

Easy Clinical Notes pilot feature

ezyVet version 43.0 replaces product record icons with new icons. The new icons make it easier for you to know different product types. And if you hover over an icon, ezyVet tells you if the product is a synced product from a central site. This table gives each new icon and the product type that it identifies:

Changes for the Controlled Drug report

Pharmacy system settings: This version of ezyVet has a new Pharmacy NPI Number box and a new Pharmacy Permit Number box:

The data that you enter in the applicable boxes shows in the output of the ASAP versions of the Controlled Drug report. This table gives the name of each new box and the report column that shows the information:

Previously, it was necessary to manually enter applicable data in the columns of the report.

Fixes

System settings for product records: If you make a change to the Cost derived from contained items or Price derived from contained items settings, ezyVet keeps the correct prices for product containers and products of product containers. Previously, the prices could change incorrectly.

Clients receive messages correctly for communication tasks that you configured for client callbacks. Previously, some clients received the same message more than one time.

SmartFlow syncs data to ezyVet correctly. Previously, if an error in ezyVet occurred while SmartFlow tried to sync data, ezyVet could not receive data from SmartFlow again.

When you select a batch in an invoice line item, ezyVet correctly shows all available batches that you can select. Previously, some or all batches were missing.

Unapproved invoices in the Records dashboard tab: If you use the Action setting Disable - Invoice to deactivate an invoice, the invoice shows in the I/A tab of financial records. Previously, if you deactivated an unapproved invoice in the Records dashboard tab, the invoice incorrectly showed in the U/A tab.

Invoicing screen: If ezyVet shows an opened invoice and you refresh the web browser page, the information in the Tags section of the invoice shows correctly. Previously, the Tags section was empty.

Vello integration: ezyVet 43.0 has changes that prevent connection problems when you connect ezyVet to Vello. Previously, connection problems were possible after you selected Continue in the Vello integration screen in ezyVet.

Invoicing screen: If you right-click a record tab for a new invoice and select Refresh, ezyVet correctly refreshes the invoice. Previously, if you selected Refresh for a new invoice, ezyVet did not refresh the invoice.

If you use Xero with ezyVet, the ezyVet invoicing screen shows the Xero button correctly. Previously, the button had incorrect dimensions that caused other invoicing screen buttons to show incorrectly.
