You can select an American Society for Automation in Pharmacy (ASAP) version of the Controlled Drug report. The ASAP versions show more information than the Standard version of the report. If your organization dispenses controlled drugs in the United States, you can upload the data (DAT) format of the report to an applicable reporting portal for controlled drugs (for example, PMP Clearinghouse). As a result, it is not necessary to manually enter information about each controlled drug in a reporting portal.

Changes

This version of ezyVet includes many changes to billing triggers. The changes are applicable only to the ezyVet code and they do not change the features, functions, and user interface of the ezyVet app. If your ezyVet site has problems that you think are possibly related to the changes, please make a support ticket or speak to ezyVet customer support.

IDEXX SmartFlow integration: You can sync a patient's clinical record to SmartFlow if a patient's sex is set to Unknown.

Added the Serial number field shows on prescription system setting. A practice manager can use the setting to configure the Medication Prescription dialog box to show Serial Number boxes. Staff can use a Serial Number box to record the serial number of a serialized prescription pad.

If you try to save an invoice that has a payment allocation that is more than the quantity due, ezyVet shows a better error message.

Fixes

When you make a CSV file of benefit consumption information of wellness plan memberships, the CSV file's Saved column shows correct data.

Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to not change the inventory location of a clinical record after you change the department of the related appointment.
