Configure a different fax system
ezyVet usually uses its standard fax system to send faxes. If necessary, a practice manager can configure a different fax system to send faxes.
Make sure that you have the configuration information for the fax system that you want to use. The information usually includes:
- The web address of the fax system
- SMTP settings of the email account for the fax system (for example, the SMTP host and SMTP port)
- The email address that ezyVet uses to send faxes
If necessary, contact your IT team.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Integration.
- Select Email to Fax/Phone.ezyVet shows its fax settings.
- Set Use Own Fax Account to YES.
- Make the remaining settings of the fax provider.
