Configure a different fax system

ezyVet usually uses its standard fax system to send faxes. If necessary, a practice manager can configure a different fax system to send faxes.

Make sure that you have the configuration information for the fax system that you want to use. The information usually includes:
  • The web address of the fax system
  • SMTP settings of the email account for the fax system (for example, the SMTP host and SMTP port)
  • The email address that ezyVet uses to send faxes

If necessary, contact your IT team.

To configure a different fax system, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. Select Email to Fax/Phone.

  4. Set Use Own Fax Account to YES.

  5. Make the remaining settings of the fax provider.

  6. Select Save.
