Template variables for remote signatures
To correctly use a remote signature, it is important to know about the applicable template variables.
This table gives each applicable template variable and its function:

#WEBFORM-SIGNATURE# | Use in a document template that you configure with a remote signature. You can enter #WEBFORM-SIGNATURE# a maximum of three times in the document template. A client can enter one electronic signature for each time that you enter the template variable.Note: ezyVet also has #WEBFORM-SIGNATURE#[small], #WEBFORM-SIGNATURE#[medium], and #WEBFORM-SIGNATURE#[large] template variables but they are not compatible with remote signatures. Use the template variables for online consent forms (for example, appointment consent forms). |
#REMOTE-SIGNATURE-LINK# | Use in an email template or an SMS template that a staff member selects when they send the document to a client from ezyVet. The source document template must have the #WEBFORM-SIGNATURE# template variable. |
