Change the quantity of ezyVet Go licenses

A practice manager can change the quantity of ezyVet Go licenses that an organization has.

Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured ezyVet Go integration.
To change the quantity of ezyVet Go licenses, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.
    The Admin tab
  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

    ezyVet shows a New Integration Setting screen.
  3. Select Integrations.

    The left sidebar shows the configured integrations of your ezyVet site.
  4. Find and select the applicable ezyVet Go integration.
    ezyVet shows the integration settings.
  5. Move down the page to the Allowed Users section.
  6. Select Change.
    Select the Change button.
    ezyVet shows the Billing tab. The Billing tab has a Software as a Service Billing section:

  7. At the end of the ezyVet Go row of the Software as a Service Billing section, select CHANGE.

    ezyVet shows the Change ezyVet Go License dialog box.
  8. Select the necessary number of ezyVet Go licenses. Then select CONTINUE.

    ezyVet shows the Confirm ezyVet Go License Change dialog box, which shows the license information and cost.
    Note: To read the license information, select the Terms and Conditions link. Make sure that you read the information carefully.
  9. Select I Accept the Terms and Conditions. Then select CONFIRM.
    Agree to the terms and conditions.
    ezyVet shows the Software as a Service Billing section. The section shows the changed license number and related cost.

  10. Select API Partner (ezyVet Go).

  11. Move down the page to the Allowed Users section.
  12. In the User box, select the staff member who will use ezyVet Go.

    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the User box, right-click the API Partner (ezyVet Go) tab and select Refresh:

  13. Select Save.

    ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet Go has the user accounts.
