Configure a user account to use ezyVet Go

Before a staff member can use ezyVet Go, a practice manager must make sure that their ezyVet user account has the correct configuration.

To configure a user account, do this procedure.
  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.

  3. Select Users.

  4. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable user account.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the user account.
  5. In the User Settings section, select Salesperson and Vet.

  6. If your site uses a department configuration, set the Access setting of each applicable department to Available to Book.
    Note: If your ezyVet site does not use a department configuration, ezyVet shows a User Access setting. Make sure that you set User Access to Can Be Booked.
  7. Select Save.
